A seguir, deixa-se arrefecer a calda para adicionar aos poucos 12 gemas de ovos (apre!) levemente batidas. Vai novamente ao calor, até levantar fervura, mexendo sempre para não encaroçar. &lt;br /&gt;Deita-se numa ou várias taças e, quanto mais gelado estiver, melhor fica!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decorei com morangos e raspas de chocolate (raspadas com um descascador de batatas).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Espero que esteja tudo bem por aí. Posto isto, e aproveitando o calor, hoje ainda foi pior: uma salada de grão-de-bico cozido, com atum de conserva desfiado, mistura chinesa de legumes - em conserva, evidentemente - pimento vermelho, azeitonas verdes e milho – tudo de conserva, que vergonha – e &lt;u&gt;uma cenoura fresca&lt;/u&gt;! O molho? Os iogurtes, a passarem do prazo… Que lástima… que lástima não os aproveitar!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bate-se primeiro 4 ovos com 2 chávenas de açúcar, interrompe-se com 2 bananas maduras (sem casca, ainda não desci a tanto!), cortadas a meio, e bate-se bem com a batedeira até se desfazerem. Junta-se 2 iogurtes naturais gregos, fora do prazo (é imprescindível estarem fora do prazo, senão não fica bom...) e, só depois, 2 chávenas de farinha de trigo e uma pitada de fermento. Forra-se uma tarteira com 1 base de massa folhada (não unto a tarteira, basta o papel vegetal da massa), deita-se a massa lá dentro e coze-se durante uns 40 minutos a 180 ºC. Depois de cozida e bem fria, adoça-se com o chantilly e uma mão-cheia de marshmallows. Cá está: enquanto coze fettuccini numa panela, aquece-se margarina numa frigideira, salteia-se aí alho picado, junta-se um fio de azeite e adiciona-se camarão descascado. Cozinha-se bem o camarão, cobre-se com polpa de tomate frito, junta-se pimento vermelho cortado às tiras, e tempera-se com sal, pimenta branca e orégãos. Ferve alguns minutos, fica pronto, e é polvilhado e envolvido com queijo ralado (usei Emmental, ralado bem fininho). Pus a cozer na máquina do pão para ter menos uma preocupação! E agora a escrever-vos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Arrepanha-se-me qualquer coisa se estou muito tempo sem postar, sinto comichões, não aguento!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Comprei uma seita de cogumelos no sábado. Hoje foram pleurotus. Só os cozinhei levemente num fundinho de azeite e alho picado, mais sal e piri-piri em pó. Logo os passei para a assadeira, e tomaram a vez no tacho, já com água a ferver &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(fervo-a sempre à parte num fervedor eléctrico)&lt;/span&gt;, uns belos brócolos &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(&lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"&gt;outra vez brócolos?&lt;/i&gt;, perguntaram-me com uma careta cá em casa…)&lt;/span&gt; e ainda 3 ovos. Isto coze enquanto se põe a mesa e pouco mais. Espalha-se os outra-vez-brócolos sobre os cogumelos, espraia-se por cima os ovos às rodelas e cobre-se com bechamel &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(feito como vocês decerto fazem: com margarina derretida, farinha aí dissolvida, leite até obter um bom creme, sal, piri-piri, noz moscada e hoje um bocadinho de gengibre)&lt;/span&gt;. Por cima ainda, azeitonas pretas fabulosas do Bolhão &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(uma perdição, nem chegam aos pedúnculos das que se compram embaladas.)&lt;/span&gt; e queijo, muito queijo ralado &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(sem culpa e também sem lactose)&lt;/span&gt;. É já com a massa na forma que se junta 1 chávena de morangos aos pedaços. Cozeu a 175 ºC durante 45 minutos. Outra é postar. Ainda que com uma certa preguiça, às vezes obrigo-me a isso, porque o blog tem uma certa &lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal"&gt;movida&lt;/i&gt; que me sabe e faz tão bem! Como não postar? Como faria eu sem vocês?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Muito rápido, para vos aborrecer o menos possível. Os omnipresentes lombos de pescada com sumo de limão, leite, sal e pimenta, passados por farinha de milho e cozinhados na Actifry. Tinha cogumelos frescos e ervilhas de quebrar. Refoguei 2 dentes de alho em azeite, envolvi aí os cogumelos durante alguns minutos, juntei água a ferver e as castanhas. Ao ferver novamente, vão as ervilhas, sal, pimenta branca e está tudo. Temperá-las com sal, pimenta branca e alho. Descascar batatas até a tendinite arder, cortá-las em quartos, despejá-las na Actifry, salpicá-las com azeite, alho picado, sal, piri-piri moido e 1 folha de louro, e marcar 25 minutos. Cozer brócolos, que consta serem um superalimento. Nas entrelinhas, cozinhar o espadarte em azeite quente e saltear, de seguida, os brócolos em azeite e alho picado. Ai que me esquecia da cebolada: acrescentar mais azeite e saltear alho picado e cebola às rodelas para cobrir o peixe. Depois de batido, coze numa tarteira forrada com uma base de massa folhada, a 175 ºC, em 45 minutos. Saiu bom! Faz-se o puré, nada de pré-preparados, batatinha cozida e esmagada com um pouco de leite e margarina, mais tempero de noz-moscada e pimenta branca. Avançando, desfia-se ligeiramente, que não gosto de grandes desfiados, os bifes de atum que aterram numa frigideira com margarina derretida e alho picado. Ferve ali um bocadinho que até dá gosto, junta-se pouca polpa de tomate frito e mais pimenta branca. Na assadeira, uma camada única de puré, o atum acamado em cima, nova camada de jardineira de legumes que também sobraram de uma maionese de pescada (do género &lt;a href="http://apanificadoraribeiro.blogspot.pt/2010/11/maionese-de-salmao.html"&gt;desta&lt;/a&gt;) e 2 ovos batidos a encobrir. Ora, ora noutro tacho mais azeite, alho e cebola picados, 1 tomate maduro em pedaços, 1 embalagem de cogumelos  dentro, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;mai &lt;/span&gt;meia lata de feijão preto já aberta no frigorífico, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;mai &lt;/span&gt;salsichas de soja,&lt;span&gt; mais &lt;/span&gt;alguns pimentos picantes &lt;a href="http://apanificadoraribeiro.blogspot.com/2010/11/quando-carne-e-fraca.html"&gt;destes&lt;/a&gt;. Sal e pimenta a gosto de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;vosselências&lt;/span&gt;. Só ferve enquanto coze o arroz. Coze, está pronto, olha-se para  ele e pensa-se que falta ali qualquer coisa, talvez um calorzinho de  forno. Prepara-se em segundos: numa frigideira, novo alho picado a  aquecer em azeite, polpa de tomate frito em cima, ferve um nadinha,  desliga-se o fogão e junta-se ao molho uma mão cheia de queijo ralado.  Envolve-se tudo rapidamente e deita-se por cima do arroz, entretanto já  ansioso à espera numa travessa. Polvilha-se com orégãos secos. Tão boas! Descasco-as, corto-as em quartos, coloco-as na Actifry, e tempero-as com sal, pimenta, noz-moscada, alho picado e colorau. Um fio de azeite, outro de óleo, e programo uns 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, estalo em azeite 2 dentes de alho picado, entorno dentro 1 lata de leite de coco, deixo levantar fervura e mergulho aí os medalhões de pescada. Sal, pimenta e 1 colher de chá cheia de caril fazem o tempero. Ferve bem. Quase pronto, junto-lhe 1 colher de sopa de maisena misturada num pouco de água (para evitar grumos), e deixo ferver até engrossar. Sirvo com grelos que sobraram do almoço de ano novo e que tinha congelados. Há que poupar. Que fácil! E é boa, é muito boa…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cá vamos: vejo as coisas sempre "de fugida" e com pouca atenção, mas juraria que a Aarti falou em 2 chávenas de farinha para 1 de água: eu usei 3 de farinha.
